PARX Racing offers exceptional options for any event, ranging from private parties, birthdays for all ages, and corporate functions to Picnic Grove gatherings. Outdoor gatherings at the Picnic Grove can reserve pavilions, picnic tables with umbrellas, or tent rentals for large corporate groups. The grandstand and Pennsylvania Derby Room are the perfect settings for indoor gatherings.
Let’s Plan A PARX Racing Event!
Name A Race!
When booking your event, make sure to ask about PARX Racing’s Name A Race Package. You can have a live horse race named after your company or the name of someone special in your group and see it printed in our racing program for $250!
Give your guests the gift of winning!
Racing vouchers are a fun favor and allow your guests to start betting right away. The minimum amount is $2.00 per racing voucher.
For example, if you have 50 guests and want to give each guest a $2 voucher, your total voucher cost is $100. Vouchers must be ordered and paid for before your event.
Guests receiving vouchers must be over the age of 18. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER
The Plan is in the Program!
A program is a great souvenir for your guests and will give them all the information about the horses and races happening that day. Programs can be ordered in advance and paid for before your event. The cost per live racing program is $2.
Horse Play
If you’re hosting an event in the Picnic Grove area, be sure to pack a few lawn games that your guests can play between races. Cornhole and horseshoes are great for keeping guests entertained! The Picnic Grove features a children’s playground for the younger race fans!
